Each time you create a new page or article, you may choose whatever category or categories you’d like. You can choose more than one. In fact, many pages fit into more than one category. Be sure you also choose the “public” category if you’d like to give all visitors access. (If you do not choose “public,” then only Whole Octave’s members will be able to see it.)
Whole Octave’s tags are listed in the right sidebar; you scroll down to see them. Tags help you identify your pages even more precisely. You can choose as many tags as you’d like. If you need a tag, and it’s not listed under tags, simply add your own tag by clicking below the tags list on the “Edit As Text” button.
You choose categories and tags whenever you create a new page or article. Did you forget to choose a category and/or tags? No problem – simply find your page or article again, click “edit,” then scroll down to choose your categories and tags.
How do you find the page you created? Search for a word in its title using the “search” box in the upper right corner. Or, click the “wiki” tab, then click on “All Pages.” Your page will be listed here. If it’s an article, just click on the “Blog” tab. Articles are listed in the order they were written.
